Aerator

Aerators are key oxygenation devices in municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater biological treatment systems. Our products utilize high-strength membranes (EPDM, silicone rubber, or polyurethane) and corrosion-resistant engineering plastic supports to ensure microbubble uniformity and high oxygen transfer efficiency (up to 25%~35%) under long-term aeration. Common forms include disc, tubular, and plate aerators, suitable for various activated sludge processes such as A/O, SBR, and MBR. The aerators feature an anti-clogging design, with self-closing membrane openings to prevent sludge backflow during system shutdown. They have a long service life of 5~8 years, and membrane replacement is simple, reducing maintenance costs. Typical applications cover municipal wastewater treatment plants, paper mills, printing and dyeing plants, food processing plants, and aquaculture industries. We also provide hydraulic calculation and layout design services for aeration systems to help users achieve low-energy, high-efficiency biological treatment.
