Our Rotary Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (Rotary RTO) is a high-efficiency VOCs treatment system designed for industrial waste gas with stable air volume and continuous operating conditions. By using a precision rotary diverter valve and high-performance ceramic heat storage media, the system achieves ultra-high heat recovery and stable thermal oxidation, converting volatile organic compounds into harmless CO₂ and H₂O at high temperature.
It features a compact structure, small footprint, low resistance, and stable operation, effectively solving problems such as valve wear and air disturbance in traditional multi-chamber RTO. With a VOCs destruction efficiency of ≥99% and heat recovery efficiency up to 95%, it greatly reduces fuel consumption and operating costs, fully meeting strict global emission standards.
