1.Feeding & Preheating Stage: Solid waste (after crushing, sorting, and drying pre-treatment) is continuously fed into the elevated end of the slightly inclined rotary kiln. As the kiln rotates (0.2-5 rpm), the waste gradually moves toward the discharge end under the action of gravity. In the preheating zone, the waste is preheated by high-temperature flue gas (counterflow heat exchange) to remove moisture and volatile components, laying the foundation for subsequent high-temperature treatment.
