1、Preprocessing & Atomization: The high-concentration saline waste liquid is first filtered to remove large impurities and then atomized into fine droplets by a corrosion-resistant high-pressure atomizer. This ensures full contact between the waste liquid and the high-temperature molten salt, maximizing treatment efficiency.
2、Submerged High-Temperature Oxidation: The atomized waste liquid droplets are directly injected into the high-temperature molten salt (850–1100℃) in the furnace chamber. The molten salt acts as a heat carrier, instantly evaporating the water in the waste liquid, while organic pollutants are completely oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO₂ and H₂O. Salt components in the waste liquid are dissolved and integrated into the molten salt system.
3、Vitrification & Resource Utilization: As the salt content in the molten salt increases, the excess molten salt is continuously discharged into a cooling system, rapidly solidifying into inert, non-leaching vitrified slag. This vitrified slag is non-toxic, stable in chemical properties, and can be recycled as building materials or safely landfilled.
