Refractory Insulation Materials

Our Refractory Insulation Materials encompass various forms, including ceramics and plastics, with operating temperatures ranging from 500℃ to over 1600℃. These products feature low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, thermal shock resistance, and chemical resistance, making them widely used in industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, high-temperature pipelines, and insulation linings in the foundry industry. The lightweight nature of ceramic fiber materials significantly reduces furnace heat loss, shortens heating cycles, and achieves energy savings of 20% to 40%. Furthermore, the products are easy to install, employing methods such as adhesive bonding, anchoring, or casting. For special applications, such as aluminum smelting or petrochemical cracking furnaces, we offer modified formulations resistant to reducing atmospheres or molten metal wetting. All materials undergo refractoriness, linear shrinkage, and thermal conductivity testing, and we provide detailed quality assurance and technical drawing support to help customers improve equipment thermal efficiency and lifespan.
