Service Process

To provide clients with efficient, professional, and worry-free environmental protection solutions for waste gas and wastewater treatment, our company has established a closed-loop service system covering every stage from initial consultation to subsequent operation and maintenance. Dedicated personnel follow up throughout the process to ensure efficient project implementation and compliance, helping clients achieve environmental compliance and green development. The specific process is as follows:

I. Initial Technical Consultation (Free)

As the starting point of our service, we are committed to accurately addressing client needs, laying the foundation for subsequent solution development. Clients can contact us through various means, including phone, online consultation, and on-site meetings. We assign a senior environmental protection engineer to provide one-on-one service, offering free professional consultation support throughout the process:

• We listen attentively to the client's needs, including the source of waste gas/wastewater, emission volume, pollutant types (e.g., VOCs, dust, odor in waste gas; COD, ammonia nitrogen, heavy metals, etc. in wastewater), treatment compliance requirements (meeting national and local environmental emission standards), site limitations, budget range, and expected project timeline;

• Based on the client's industry characteristics (e.g., chemical, printing and dyeing, electroplating, food processing, pharmaceuticals, etc.), we provide targeted explanations of relevant environmental treatment technology principles, equipment selection points, treatment effects, and industry case studies, answering client questions regarding technical feasibility, operating costs, environmental acceptance, etc.;

• We make an initial assessment of the project's difficulty, providing a general treatment approach and direction, offering preliminary environmental compliance advice, and assisting clients in clarifying their core project needs to avoid later detours.

II. Customized Solution Design

Based on the core information from the initial consultation, our company establishes a dedicated design team to tailor a specific waste gas and wastewater treatment solution tailored to the client's actual situation, ensuring the solution is scientific, efficient, economical, and feasible:

• Site Survey: Our technical team conducts an on-site survey, accurately measuring site dimensions, waste gas/wastewater discharge outlet locations, and the surrounding environment. We verify pollutant emission parameters and identify potential problems in on-site construction and equipment installation, ensuring the solution perfectly matches the site conditions.

• Solution Development: Combining survey data, client needs, and environmental standards, we develop a detailed treatment plan, including process selection, equipment configuration list, treatment flow diagram, land area, operating cost calculation, construction period planning, compliance guarantee measures, and investment budget.

• Solution Communication and Optimization: The preliminary solution is submitted to the client for review. We patiently explain the details and revise and improve the solution multiple times based on client feedback (such as budget adjustments, process optimization, site suitability, etc.) until the client fully approves, resulting in the finalized solution.

III. Contract Signing

After the plan is confirmed, both parties, adhering to the principles of equality, voluntariness, and mutual benefit, will sign a formal service contract, clearly defining their respective rights and obligations to ensure the smooth progress of the project:

• Clear Contract Content: The contract will detail the project scope, equipment specifications, quantity, process standards, installation and commissioning requirements, construction period, payment method, quality assurance, acceptance standards, after-sales service terms, and liability for breach of contract, ensuring no ambiguous clauses;

• Dedicated Personnel for Follow-up: After the contract is signed, our company will assign a project manager, along with a client contact person, to establish a dedicated communication group. This group will provide continuous updates on project progress and timely feedback of information, ensuring smooth communication between both parties;

• Contract Filing and Archiving: The signed contract will be properly filed, creating a dedicated project archive. This archive will retain the plan, communication records, and other relevant materials, providing a basis for subsequent project progress and after-sales maintenance. IV. Non-standard Design (On Demand) For clients with special site conditions and complex operating conditions (such as large fluctuations in emissions, unique pollutant composition, limited space, etc.), where conventional equipment cannot meet their needs, our company provides professional non-standard design services to ensure equipment adaptability:

• Detailed Non-standard Solution: A dedicated design team, based on contract requirements and actual site conditions, further refines the structure, dimensions, materials, and operating parameters of the non-standard equipment, creating detailed non-standard design drawings (including assembly drawings, component drawings, electrical schematics, etc.);

• Design Review and Confirmation: The non-standard design drawings are submitted to both the client and our technical review department for dual review, confirming that the drawings meet process requirements, site conditions, and environmental standards, avoiding design deviations;

• Design Disclosure: After design completion, a design disclosure meeting is held with the production and installation teams to clarify the key points of non-standard equipment production, installation difficulties, and precautions, ensuring consistency between production and installation processes and design requirements. V. Procurement and Production

After the contract takes effect, our company will strictly adhere to the plan and design requirements to carry out equipment procurement and production, rigorously controlling product quality to ensure equipment delivery meets standards:

• Procurement: We will select suppliers with complete qualifications, a good reputation, and reliable quality to procure core components of the equipment (such as fans, pumps, reactors, filters, control systems, etc.). All procured components undergo rigorous inspection to prevent unqualified products from entering the warehouse.

• Production: Utilizing our standardized production workshop, a professional production team will process and assemble the equipment according to the design drawings and production specifications, focusing on key processes such as welding, sealing, and corrosion prevention to ensure the equipment has a robust structure, stable operation, and corrosion resistance.

• Quality Inspection: We will implement full-process quality control during production, conducting sampling inspections after each process. After the equipment is completed, we will conduct overall trial operation testing to check equipment performance, sealing, and treatment effects, ensuring that the equipment meets the contract and plan requirements. Only equipment that passes the inspection will be released from the factory.

VI. Installation and Commissioning

After the equipment leaves the factory, our company will arrange a professional installation and commissioning team to conduct on-site installation and commissioning work, ensuring the equipment is quickly put into normal operation:

• Installation Preparation: Communicate with the customer in advance to determine the installation time, coordinate on-site construction conditions (such as water and electricity connection, site clearing, hoisting equipment, etc.), transport the equipment to the site, and safely unload and place it;

• On-site Installation: The installation team strictly follows the installation specifications and design drawings to perform equipment fixing, pipe connection, electrical wiring, instrument installation, etc., paying attention to installation details to ensure that the equipment is firmly installed, the pipes are leak-free, and the electrical connections are safe and up to standard;

• Commissioning and Operation: After installation, equipment commissioning work is carried out, including no-load test run, load test run, parameter optimization, etc., gradually adjusting the equipment operating parameters (such as flow rate, pressure, reaction time, etc.) to ensure that the waste gas/wastewater treatment effect meets the design standards and environmental emission requirements;

• Commissioning Briefing: After successful commissioning, an on-site briefing is conducted for the customer's operators, explaining the equipment operation methods, daily maintenance points, common fault handling techniques, etc., to ensure that the customer's operators can operate the equipment proficiently.
