Product Description
Highconcentration waste gas is hermetically collected and conveyed to the onsite directfired thermal oxidizer. After buffering and pressure boosting, the gas is fed into the burner. The burner maintains a continuous pilot flame and combustion air supply. Highconcentration waste gas is injected into the furnace through the burner. During combustion, it fully mixes with combustion air and flows in a rotating pattern inside the furnace, achieving complete oxidative decomposition of waste gas. The fully decomposed hightemperature flue gas is discharged from the furnace outlet. After heat recovery via heat exchange for temperature reduction, the treated gas is released into the atmosphere through a chimney.
