CASA, a Thai company, has purchased one rotary RTO unit annually for three consecutive years.

In November 2019, CASA's technical manager came to China seeking a VOCs solution. They had previously purchased various waste gas treatment equipment in China, such as UV, plasma, and activated carbon desorption systems, but the results were unsatisfactory.

CASA's technical manager visited several companies in China that offered RTOs and concluded that RTOs could solve their VOCs problem. The day before returning home, he visited our company. Our recommended rotary RTO impressed him greatly. This furnace type could solve their VOCs problem while saving land, reducing energy consumption, and offering superior safety compared to conventional RTOs. Therefore, that afternoon, he signed the contract for CASA's first RTO unit.

In the first half of 2020, our company overcame the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully installed and delivered the unit, putting it into operation in August 2020. The operating indicators were far below the contractual requirements, and CASA was very satisfied. Consequently, they ordered two more furnaces in 2021 and 2022.
