Core Working Principle
The equipment integrates atomization, high-temperature combustion, and waste heat recovery, with a scientific and efficient working process that ensures thorough treatment and stable operation, suitable for continuous and intermittent operation modes:
1、Preprocessing & Atomization: The organic waste liquid is first filtered to remove large impurities and then atomized into fine droplets by a high-pressure anti-corrosion atomizer. This atomization design increases the contact area between the waste liquid and combustion air, ensuring full combustion and avoiding incomplete combustion caused by local agglomeration.
2、High-Temperature Direct Combustion: The atomized organic waste liquid droplets are injected into the high-temperature combustion chamber (800–1100℃), where they are fully mixed with combustion air and completely burned under the action of an auxiliary fuel (if needed). Organic pollutants in the waste liquid are thoroughly decomposed into harmless CO₂ and H₂O, and harmful substances such as toxic gases are completely destroyed.
3、Flue Gas Treatment & Waste Heat Recovery: The high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion passes through a waste heat recovery system, where a large amount of heat is recovered and reused for production heating, preheating combustion air, or generating hot water/steam, realizing energy saving and emission reduction.
