Core Working Principle
The equipment integrates high-temperature melting, organic oxidation decomposition, and salt vitrification, with a scientific and efficient three-stage processing process, ensuring thorough treatment and stable operation:
1、Preprocessing & Atomization: The high-concentration saline waste liquid is first filtered to remove large particles, then atomized into fine mist by a professional anti-corrosion atomizer. This ensures full contact between the waste liquid and high-temperature flue gas, accelerating water evaporation and organic decomposition.
2、High-Temperature Melting & Oxidation: The atomized waste liquid enters the high-temperature furnace chamber, where organic pollutants are completely oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO₂ and H₂O at 800–1200℃. Meanwhile, salt components are melted into a molten state, and impurities are separated and settled at the bottom of the furnace through gravity clarification.
3、Vitrification & Post-Treatment: The molten salt is discharged into a cooling system, rapidly solidified into glassy vitrified slag with stable chemical properties, which is non-leaching and non-toxic. The flue gas generated during the process is treated by waste heat recovery, dust removal, and desulfurization, then discharged up to standard, and the recovered waste heat can be reused for production, realizing energy saving and emission reduction.
