Catalytic Oxidizer

When organic waste gas has a certain concentration and low air volume (<10,000 Nm³/h), and contains no corrosive media (such as sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus) or particulate dust, we recommend the catalytic oxidation process for treatment.
Safety is our top priority in organic waste gas treatment, followed by equipment investment and operating costs. Especially when openflame safety distance requirements apply onsite, the Catalytic Oxidizer is the optimal choice. With 15 years of experience in the design and engineering implementation of catalytic oxidation units for waste gas treatment, Baina is ready to be your reliable environmental protection partner.

Product Description
Waste gas is collected and delivered to the catalytic oxidation unit. After buffering and filtration, it is preheated via a heat exchanger. The preheated gas is further heated to the catalyst ignition temperature before entering the catalytic oxidation chamber for catalytic decomposition, where organic compounds are oxidized into carbon dioxide and water. Hightemperature flue gas discharged from the catalytic oxidation chamber is cooled by the heat exchanger and finally released into the atmosphere through a chimney.
