2、Dual Oxidation Degradation: The refractory pollutants in wastewater are degraded through two synergistic pathways: direct oxidation, where pollutants are directly oxidized and decomposed by electrons at the anode surface; and indirect oxidation, where strong oxidizing species (•OH, active chlorine, H₂O₂) generated in-situ react with pollutants in the entire water body, breaking their chemical bonds and converting them into small-molecule intermediates, which are ultimately mineralized into harmless CO₂ and H₂O.
