Core Working Principle
The system operates through a two-stage synergistic purification process, combining physical sieving (UF) and pressure-driven reverse osmosis (RO) to achieve efficient and thorough water treatment, with a streamlined and intelligent operation flow:
1、Ultrafiltration (UF) Pre-Treatment Stage: Raw water first enters the UF unit, which uses hollow fiber membranes with a pore size of 0.01–0.1 microns. Driven by low pressure, the membrane performs physical sieving to effectively intercept suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses, and large-molecular-weight organic matter in the water, significantly reducing the SDI (Silt Density Index) and turbidity of the water inlet. This pre-treatment ensures that the water entering the RO unit is clean and stable, avoiding RO membrane fouling, scaling, and damage, and extending the service life of the RO membrane.
2、Reverse Osmosis (RO) Deep Purification Stage: The pre-treated water from the UF unit is pumped into the RO unit by a high-pressure pump. The RO membrane, with a pore size as small as 0.0001 microns (one five-millionth of a human hair), uses pressure exceeding the osmotic pressure to force water molecules to pass through the semi-permeable membrane, while effectively rejecting dissolved salts, heavy metals (such as lead, cadmium, arsenic), small-molecular-weight organic matter, and PFAS compounds. The desalination rate of the RO unit can reach more than 99.5%, and the produced water is pure, stable, and meets the requirements of high-quality process water or drinking water.
3、Post-Treatment & Circulation Optimization: The produced water from the RO unit can be further treated by a post-filter (such as activated carbon) to improve water taste and remove residual trace impurities. The concentrated water generated during the RO process can be recycled or treated harmlessly according to actual needs. The system is equipped with an automatic backwashing and chemical cleaning function, which can regularly clean the UF and RO membranes to restore their filtration performance, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
